After being engaged in the private practice of law for more than 21 years, representing clients involved in lawsuits in both state and federal courts, John received training in the mediation process and began offering mediation and arbitration services while continuing his litigation practice. At the end of 2013, after retiring from the law firm in which he practiced for more than 33 of his nearly 40 years of practice, he chose to exclusively devote his experience and energy to alternative dispute resolution, and particularly to his first love, the mediation process.
In addition to other memberships John maintains, he is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals "NADN" and the Nebraska Mediation Association. For more detailed information on John's background and his availability, use the NADN link on this page.
